How to enter the draw ? Simply ask for a Miles & More registration form at the Luxair Ticket Counter next time you fly out of London City airport, then fill it out and drop it into the urn available at the desk.
Terms & Conditions:
- Participants must either submit a Miles & More subscription form or provide a business card clearly stating their Miles & More card number to Luxair Ticket Desk at London City Airport. Late, illegible, incomplete, defaced or corrupt entries will not be accepted.
- By entering this prize draw, entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by the conditions.The decision of the judges is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
- The prize is open to current and new Miles & More cardholders.
- No purchase in necessary during the promotional period.
- The prize consists of an overnight trip for two in Luxembourg (or London for those with Luxembourg residence) and return flights -all taxes included- in Business Class, plus hotel stay in a 4 Stars hotel.
- All entries must be received by midday on Saturday, 31th July 2010.
- Winner will be drawn at random from all entries received by the closing date and will be notified either by post or e-mail within 28 days of closing date.
- Winner’s failure to contact Luxair 7 days after announcement will have his/her prize forfeited.
- The prize does not include travel or medical insurance, personal expenditure and other incidental costs other than those mentioned. It is the responsibility of the prizewinner to ensure they have a valid passport and travel insurance and obtain any necessary visas for their trip.
- Travel to and from airports is not included. Flights are provided by Luxair to and from London City Airport between dates (01aug 2010 - 31dec 2010). Flights dates cannot be changed and are subject to availability.
- All elements of the prize are subject to availability and are non-transferable. No cash or credit alternative will be offered.
- Events may occur that render the prize draw itself or the awarding of the prize impossible due to reasons beyond the control of Luxair and accordingly Luxair may at its absolute discretion vary or amend the promotion and the entrant agrees that no liability shall attach to Luxair as a result thereof.
- Luxair reserves the right to withdraw any prize should it later be found out that the terms and conditions were not adhered to.
- Luxair accepts no responsibility if flights are cancelled, delayed or changed after the booking is made due to reasons beyond its control.
